The report provides supplementary information to the Committee on the Rights of the Child for its consideration of the fourth and fifth periodic reports submitted by the Chilean government. The report focused on the situation of LGBT children and adolescents in relation to the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), and examines the state of Chile’s compliance with its obligations under CRC. Furthermore, the report provides a series of recommendations to the Chilean Government on concrete measures to fully restore the rights and dignity of LGBT children and adolescents.
